Seahawks ‘12th Man’ license will expire in 2016

It's time to pay the money again.
The Seahawks limited license to use the phrase 12th Man will expire at the end of 2015.

It seems that the Seahawks needs to pay a lot of money if 12 logo are allowed use by Seahawks. The "12" fan jersey is in the top 15 in sales in the entire NFL. That is why The Seahawks have already attempted to trademark several different versions of "12."

It is impossible to accept $5,000 pe year again for the Aggies, , who obtained trademark protection for "12th Man" in 1990.
